Many people don’t believe in NEW YEAR’s  resolution but I’m gonna tell you what, today America has a new president, who believed that in 2008, this country will elect an African-American as a president? I think nobody so if we all witnessed that, if that happened, if we can make a huge change in America’s History, why can’t we make changes in ours lives?  Think about that, stop saying: “this will never happen to me” or “I can’t do that” because you will never be able to do anything productive with yourself if you expect someone else to do for you.

Go out there and make some friends, look for a better job, meet people smater than you so you can learn something from them, stop spending your time with people that don’t bring anything new in your life.

In this New year, I decided to complete change my life. I met a lot of people in my life but only a few of them taught me something. Everyday we can learn, we usually learn from our mistakes. The wiser learns from other people mistakes, and that is something I have been doing lately. Take your time to analyze what is going on around you, don’t rush any decision unless there is no others options.

Last year was a complete depression in my life, financially, emotionally and even intellectually.This New year, I’m ready to face the upcoming challenge because I know it could be harder. However; there are so many opportunities around us that we just have to stay aware and grab them when they come along.
My New Year’s resolutions are quite the same as last year but the only difference is I will man up to them and hopefully live through them.
Give yourself a chance in ‘09 because before you know we will be in ‘10 and you would be wondering what did you do in ‘09. The only memorize you would have from the past year would be the New Year’s eve party when you were F up. So be careful and get a hold of yourself, for those of you that have a good job and a wonderful life, keep working hard and make more money and be happy enjoy your life because we only have one to live, as far as I know….

Having bad credit will make it hard for you to get loans. Having bad credit can affect you in renting a car, an apartment or even getting a new credit card.

1-Get Copies of Credit Reports
The first thing you should do is get a copy of your credit report from all three major credit reporting agencies: Experian, Transunion, and Equifax. This can be done online, usually for free. On the credit reports will be listed all of your credit accounts, both good and bad. The bad ones are the ones to look closely at.

Are any of them incorrect? Does it say an account is still open when it is closed? Does it say you have not paid when you have?

2-Dispute Incorrect Information

If there is any incorrect information on your credit reports, you must right to the credit reporting company to dispute the bills. You may also contact the company that holds the debt - either the original company that issued the credit or any debt collection agency that may have bought it.

3-Pay off All Bills

For any debt that cannot be disputed, you must pay off all your bills. There may be a possibility that you can negotiate a settlement that is lower than the entire bill or a payment plan. Even if you pay off all your credit card, the stupid things to do is closed them all. You should keep one or two cards open for a better credit history and use your credit card for things you can afford with your debit card.

so first of all, I want to say ” MERRY CHRISTMAS” because I won’t be around to write a ew blog for christmas unless I’m really inspired. In french, you will say: ” JOYEUX NOEL” I know it’s not easy to pronounce it but at least you can write a letter to your best friend and wish him/her “JOYEUX NOEL”. Now I’m going back home with happiness and accomplishment. But this is not it, in this month coming, I set my goals really high and If I do not reach them, I will consider them as a failure, since I do not like to fail, like anyone else, I will work my ass of to accomplish my goals.

Lately, things have not been great for me, financially, emotionally and school wise. I’m working harder everyday to be a better person in whatever I do.

I started a new work on online french class and so far there a few people who are interested and I feel pretty comfortable doing that. I will set a weekly update of my activities and plans to help my readers to follow and take full advantage of what I am working on.  I also refer a really great e-book on my last post, if you are learning french and did not get this e-book, you should definitely do it, you will realize how fast you can learn, and all you have to do at the end it is just thank me. lol

All right, it is really here on the east coast, I’m going to take a nap and come back to work tomorrow. In french we say “Bonne nuit” which means “Good night”

I learned Spanish on my own, it took me a few months to write correctly Spanish. I believe that whatever you want to do, you need to dedicate yourself to it. I have learned a lot growing up in a big family where ” the stronger survive” meaning if I couldn’t handle something on your own, you loose therefore your motivation and dedication was a must.

I feel like starting right now. It’s 7pm new york city, I want to start with the morning routine when you leave the house to go to work.

Bonjour, comment allez vous? everybody says that, it means ”good morning how are you?”  the difference between French and English is that in French we have  two different way to say you, either we say ” tu” or ” vous”,  the ”tu” is for people that you really know, and the ”vous” is for people that you don’t know, but the ”vous” is more formal and it’s a mark of respect and superiority. I haven’t find the right ebook yet, but I will definitely find one and post the link so those interested in learning french will find what they need and satisfy the need to learn.

First, I have been through a lot lately, even though my situation is not entirely back to normal, i feel a lot better. There is a lot to gain when you overcome what I have been through, I don’t want to go into details so I will stop here and apologize for my readers if they missed me. I just want you to know that I’m back to work with a lot new ideas, hopefully we all will benefit out of them.

Now that I’m having Sunday of at work, I can take advantage of that and write a little bit more.

Today topic will be about how to learn FRENCH with Auleley.com, yes I’m opening my online French class. Since I was born in a French speaking country and took a lot of French class, and have been teaching French for a few American kids at home, I’m ready to expand this activity and take it to the next level.

It’s going to be more easy and I will post daily routine in French for those interested in learning with me. Also I will be open for email and comment to help anyone that needs help in his French learning process.

I started my affiliate marketing two weeks ago and so far i have made a few dollars. Not really what I expected but It is interesting because you actually see how fast you market grows. My first week, I have almost 20 visitors all together, this week so far I have 88 visitors. This mean the tools I’m using to advertise my site is better than the one I started with.

My niche is XBOX 360, why because the xbox 360 is really not a console video game. It’s more than that. My xbox 360 is an extender that I mainly use to watch movie and play music and slide show. With a computer, internet connection and a xbox 360, you don’t need anything else to make your house a movie theater.

I believe that the xbox 360 market was a good choice. However; the competition is really hard. Most my competitors invest a lot of money to drive traffic to their web site and make the kind of money I want to make. Since I just started, I’m not really nervous about not making any good money this month but I definitely increase my advertisement for next month in order to multiply my visitors by 20.

I’m studying a new market now which I think can generate good money in the up coming months. Like Napoleon said: Whatever the mind of a man can conceive and believe it can achieve, I believe that as long as I have a brain that works properly, I will come up with the idea of the lifetime that will generate me the type of income I need to finish my studies.

I’m so anxious lately because I haven’t have a chance to communicate with anybody through blog.

But i know I’m not here to talk about last year. But this year, since financially I’m not completely happy, I decided to stay here in New york. Since life has so many surprise, I have an opportunity to go on vacation again. I have a choice between any state in US… haha…

And I decided to go to L.A because I like Los Angeles, I’m Lakers fan. However if anybody has a subjection, let me know and I will think about. Which city in US is the most touristic? You probably think why doesn’t he google it? I sure will, but i want to know your opinion too.
